All orders (available stock)  will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Returns & Refunds
Warranty and Returns

Our playmats come with a 6 month warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use including pets, shoes, harsh cleaning products and sharp objects.  Please ensure you inspect your playmat on arrival. Any manufacturer faults should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Change of mind

Please contact us to arrange a return for change of mind within 14 days of receipt. Your play mat must be in unopened, unused condition and in the original box with all straps and tags attached. Returns for change of mind must be at the customers expense so please choose carefully.

Product Faults

In the unlikely event that your play mat arrives and is less than perfect condition please contact us at orders@graceandmaggie.com.au so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Once your item has been returned and inspected we will make contact regarding the progress of your return.

To process your return we require an order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

Soft Landing, Every Time

Our slow-rebound memory foam mats are as soft as bunny ears, meaning they're both supportive and snuggly. They have a stylish design made from a minky fabric which is low pile and soft to touch. They are 35mm thick constructed from a 35D high-density slow-rebound memory foam and have a non slip grip backing. They are made with safety in mind to cushion every step, crawl or fall.
